Boiled
Pre-cooked snails
Farmed snails of the Helix Aspersa species are selected, cleaned, boiled, pre-cooked in their shells with water, salt, vinegar, lemon, pepper, traces of wine, vegetable stock, garlic and onion in varying proportions. They are packaged in a 340g cardboard box or a 1 kg bag and frozen. Instructions and recipes are included in the package.

Fillets
Snail fillets
The fillets are ready for any cooking use or recipe in a pot or pan. A natural, fasting food that can accompany pasta, be included in soups, omelettes, pies or pizzas, cook as a stew, fry in flour or batter and generally be used in many ways. Then the fillet is standardized in a 250g cardboard box. Instructions and recipes are included in the package.
