The company Snails of Thrace E.E. was founded in 2009 in Alexandroupolis with the vision to produce top quality snails, with respect for nature and people! We have a modern open-type intensive farming farm with a production capacity exceeding **10 tons per year**, as well as a fully equipped standardization, processing, freezing and packaging laboratory. With full licensing from the competent services of the Region of Eastern Macedonia - Thrace, we guarantee safety, hygiene and excellent quality in every product that bears our name.

The species of farmed snails we produce is Helix Aspersa maxima. They are selected, cleaned, boiled with herbs, standardized & frozen in a blast freezer.
Our products have a long shelf life, they are ready to use WITHOUT any procedures or effort. During the breeding period (from April to October) no pesticides, antibiotics or hormones are used, while the food provided comes from a certified company.
