L'entreprise Escargots de Thrace E.E. a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 2009 \u00e0 Alexandroupolis avec pour ambition de produire des escargots de qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure, dans le respect de la nature et des personnes.
